A PALMER hit list of what’s new, now, and next from around the globe—from our obsessive-at-large, Wynn Burson Cateron.

This month, visionary director Sofia Coppola releases her first book, Archive, in which she intimately annotates her creative process of filmmaking and presents her own unseen, personal behind-the-scenes imagery (as well as her collaborators’) from the productions of her eight beloved films, beginning with 1999’s The Virgin Suicides through to the upcoming Priscilla.

A limited, slipcased, and signed first edition will also be available with a print, by Coppola, of Cailee Spaeny as Priscilla Presley from the director’s forthcoming film. Hardcore fans will appreciate a special edition of the book, which comes in an embossed clamshell slipcase, and contains a signed first edition and a signed and numbered print.

Sofia Coppola: Archive (MACK Books), retails for $65. A special edition—a signed first edition book with a signed and numbered print—retails for $500. Both are available now at www.mackbooks.co.uk.
