Dinner and dancing — what more could one ask from a black tie affair? On Thursday, the New York City Ballet held its 75th annual Spring Gala, raising over $3 million in support of the Company and its education programs. The evening featured two world premieres: Amy Hall Garner’s Underneath, There is Light, her NYCB debut, and Dig The Say by NYCB Resident Choreographer and Artistic Advisor Justin Peck, his 24th ballet for the Company. The night also featured a performance of George Balanchine’s Rubies.

After the show, guests—including Palm Beachers like Carol Mack, Caroline Dean, Nicola Marcus, VCaryn Zucker, Ellen Niven, and Julie and Doug Ostrover—and NYCB dancers feasted and twirled the night away under a canopy of blooming pink trees designed by Bronson van Wyck of Van Wyck & Van Wyck.
