Thomas Keller has scored a coup: he’s successfully gotten permission for Ta-boo, his hotly anticipated restaurant on Worth Avenue, to serve alcohol until 1am.
Its a huge win for Keller and restaurant enthusiasts alike. The approval means patrons will be able to enjoy an end-of-evening night cap—or two.
The original Ta-boo closed last year after 80 years of service. This past March, Keller announced his new restaurant that will continue its legacy. Ta-boo is currently scheduled to open in the spring of 2025.
