So much to do and so little time! If you’ve been in the Hamptons over the past few weeks, you’ve noticed a plethora of activities. The East End has been aflutter with marquee events like the Guild Hall Gala, to more laid back evenings such as Creative Time’s 50th anniversary party or the Surfrider Foundation’s One Ocean gala. And it seems like everyone has been doing their best to attend as many outings as possible.
For example, the ninth annual Southampton Race of Hope drew a record crowd—including VIP participants Jamee and Peter Gregory, John Paulson, and Brooke Shields—and raised a record-breaking $500,000 for depression research.
Meanwhile, more than 100 guests flocked to The Wine Stand at Wölffer Estate in Sagaponack for cocktails and a first look at The Historical Society of Palm Beach County‘s upcoming exhibition, Wish You Were Here: Tourism in the Palm Beaches, which opens in November.
There was also a bevvy of intimate dinners, such as the one Tracy Anderson held to launch her new fragrance, one to féte Valentino’s new collection, and Aerin Lauder‘s party celebrating her new collaboration with Over the Moon and Emilia Wickstead.
