After months of anticipation, sales for Mr. C Residences West Palm Beach have finally commenced. The 27-story luxury condominium hotel (the brand’s debut in West Palm Beach) will feature 110 hotel rooms and 146 highly coveted condos. Developed by Terra and Sympatico Real Estate, sales for the units—which start at $1.5 million—are being handled by Douglas Elliman. The Mr. C brand was created by brothers Ignazio and Maggio Cipriano, fourth-generation members of the Cipriani family, renowned for their restaurants and event spaces. So it’s unsurprising that the development in West Palm will feature a several dining options, including a Bellini Café, a Bellini Restaurant (offering authentic Italian food), and the exclusive Bellini Rooftop Lounge, the town’s premier private members club.
