The world of fashion has placed high standards on Ralph Lauren fashion shows. Yet somehow, the designer’s Bridgehampton event last night managed to raise the bar—no pun intended—when he revealed a faithful recreation of The Polo Bar.
Everything from the brass-topped bar to the matching lanterns and silver champagne bowls were included in the space. The Polo Bar’s maître d’ and waitstaff were on hand to greet guests—including First Lady Jill Biden and PALMER’S Stefano Tonchi—into the main dining room, which was decked out with equestrian-themed art, faceted lighting, and leather seating. Even the iconic green and white plates were shipped out east. In addition to the restaurant’s classic Polo Bar Burger, the menu featured locally-sourced fish and wine from the North Fork of Long Island. Sadly, the restaurant was a one-night-only reservation.

Of course, the dinner was merely the cherry-on-top to the main event: the brand’s latest collection. The Spring 2025 show included the Ralph Lauren Collection, Purple Label, and Polo Ralph Lauren lines, all inspired by the Hamptons.
“The Hamptons is more than a place. It’s a natural world of endless blue skies, the ocean, green fields, and white fences, rusticity and elegance with a quality of light that drew artists here decades ago,” Lauren said in a statement. “It has been home, my refuge and always an inspiration.”
The East End was brought to life through a palette of blues and white. The Polo line in particular featured bolder graphics tied to an equestrian theme. Meanwhile, Ralph Lauren Collection introduced “The Ralph,” a new leather handbag inspired by the designer’s love of vintage cars.
