A bevy of resort style amenities that have recently been announced as the centerpiece of Olara, the 275-residence condominium being developed by Savanna at 300 Butler Street in West Palm Beach.

In a unique approach to intercoastal lifestyle offerings, the Olara is building its own dock with six private slips for residents. Incorporating the private dock was one of the first decisions we made in the development process, and quickly became central to our vision,” Chris Schlank, President and Co-Chairman of Savanna, tells PALMER. While many other projects have waterfront views, not many encourage and allow for residents to get out on the water like Olara. With dockage becoming increasingly limited in South Florida, we felt this was an amenity that our buyers would appreciate.

Additionally, guests can take advantage of the water through Olara’s exclusive houseboat which can be booked for José Andrés Group-catered sunset cruises, fishing trips, or leisurely cruises.

This is all in addition to luxury resources such as a concierge, a valet, house car, and a game room. Other amenities include a 13,000-square-foot fitness center designed by The Wright Fit, offering both indoor and outdoor workout spaces, as well as a regeneration spa, lap pool, sauna, steam, and treatment rooms, a cold plunge, vitality pools, and meditation rooms.

For those who love to entertain, there’s a residents-only club room with a catering kitchen boasting marble countertops and a full suite of Gaggenau appliances. There is also a co-working lounge, conference spaces, and private office. Meanwhile, the outdoor amenities include two swimming pools lined with cabanas, an open-air juice bar, and shaded seating areas with a stone firepit. Plus, poolside and in-home dining services by famed chef Andreas.
