After years of sitting vacant, an iconic hotel at 160 Royal Palm Way has been brought back to life by the Brits. This morning, Iconic Luxury Hotels—the hospitality collection owned by the London-based L+R Hotels—announced the Palm House Hotel will open in November.

“This marks a pivotal moment in the brand’s history as we announce our first Iconic Luxury Hotel in the United States,” Andrew Stembridge, executive director of Iconic Luxury Hotels, said in a statement. ILH is behind some of London’s chicest haunts, including Excelsior Venice, Cliveden House, and Mayfair Townhouse. Based on just-released renderings, it appears Palm House will fit right in with its sister sites.

Described as “Mizner-inspired,” the Palm House Hotel will have 79 rooms, including 21 suites boasting floor to ceiling windows, arched doorways, and private terraces. Meanwhile, it has already been reported that the space will host the much anticipated Nobu restaurant. Amenities include a pool and a brand-new ballroom. With a buzzy sushi spot, ample outdoor lawn space, and a garden terrace, the property is poised to be Palm Beach’s next must-book wedding and event spot.
