Watching him navigate a scene where every night feels like New Year’s Eve is a master class in skill, charm, and poise. Reportedly, once named the most handsome man in Bulgaria, even in a room full of “Masters of the Universe,” he’s typically the one commanding the most attention. He and his popular wife, Wellington’s Vaneli Martinov, are the parents of a very photogenic eight-month-old.

The acclaimed author and journalist has published no less than 12 books, including tomes on cultural icons such as Slim Keith and Swifty Lazar. The Power of Style and The Power of Glamour are two of the most celebrated. In addition, her personal commitment to philanthropic causes, which include The White House Historical Foundation, Glades Academy, and Lincoln Center Theater are testimony that beauty is indeed more than skin deep. With her husband—erudite businessman, art collector and horseman Joe Allen—it’s no wonder that they are coveted dinner partners at any table.

If real estate is the official pastime of Palm Beach, Kochman and Ziska’s Maura Ziska is arguably its undisputed queen. The congenial real estate attorney is often found representing one side or another of almost every major transaction. Be it residential or commercial, her knowledge, experience, and negotiating prowess are heralded by clients and opponents alike. More than one local mega developer has her on speed dial, and rarely does a week go by when she is not being asked by the press to comment on a topical deal or deal maker. One half of a local legal power couple, she and her husband, civil attorney Eric Christu, have two school-age daughters with whom they share a healthy devotion to Taylor Swift.
