A stylish group of Palm Beach Francophiles made a ravishing impression in Maincy, just outside Paris. Earlier this month, the lavish Vaux-le-Vicomte Gala took place at the Chateaux Vaux-le-Vicomte. Christine Schwarzman designed an elaborate fireworks display that guest Fernando Wong called “spectacular.” Architect Peter Marino designed the decor and vestibule. The black-tie fête included a dinner and a concert performance by conductor William Christie.
Other Palm Beach guests included Cornelia Guest and Tim Johnson. Wong and Johnson were introduced to Alexandre de Vogüe, who runs the Chateaux Vaux-le-Vicomte, by Palm Beach style maker Alease Fisher Tallman.
