Last week, the hotly anticipated new restaurant Milos opened at One Flagler in West Palm Beach and a lucky few were given a sneak advance peek during the spot’s highly anticipated opening night which was attended by West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James and Lorna James among many other movers and shakers from Palm Beach.

Founder Costas Spiliadis and Related Ross CEO Steve Ross welcomed guests to enjoy a glass of wine and sample the restaurant’s signature dishes. Chef Camil El Rai was on hand to present his menu, including fish baked in sea salt, rack of lamb with roasted potatoes, fresh salads, and Milos’ famed Greek yogurt topped with honey and nuts. Meanwhile, DJ Adam Lipson spun with live accompaniment from a saxophonist.
