As West Palm Beach continues on its rapid hot streak, a bevvy of hotly anticipated developments are adding to the landscape.

Among the most talked about new additions along the waterfront is the Ritz-Carlton Residences, which blends the legendary Ritz-Carlton legacy with contemporary high-end living.

Developed by Related Group, the Arquitectonica-designed building features 138 residences, all facing east with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean — accentuated by floor-to-ceiling windows. Meanwhile, the Rockwell Group-designed interiors feature tons of natural light, custom Italian cabinetry, and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Building on West Palm Beach’s growing art scene, the common spaces will feature a curated collection of museum-quality artwork from the Jorge M. Pérez Contemporary Art Collection.

As one might expect of a Ritz Carlton, there are many resident amenities, including a beautifully designed pool and deck, a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, and a spa. There will also be a 24-hour concierge and valet parking.

“As West Palm Beach continues its remarkable growth, projects such as ours play a critical role in attracting high-net-worth individuals with incredibly high expectations around design, service, and exclusivity,” said Nick Pérez, President of Condominium Development for real estate powerhouse Related Group.
