Larry Ellison
Over the past few years, the prolific and private businessman and Oracle founder has given Palm Beach real estate watchers much to discuss. Between his acquisition of Manalapan’s most expensive home and his purchase of the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, his footprint in the area continues to expand. Ellison’s business empire seems poised to grow as well—in addition to helping Skydance Media (founded by his son, David Ellison) purchase Paramount, it is thought that he is among the top contenders in the bid for TikTok.
Mish Tworkowski
Though he’s been a popular presence in Palm Beach for years, Tworkowski and husband Joseph Singer only started living in town full-time in 2021. The respected American jewelry designer soon opened his celebrated midtown salon, which is often the scene of charity events and cocktail parties in support of the couple’s deep involvement with notable philanthropic organizations, particularly those relating to preservation and design.
Elizabeth Louis
Since purchasing the historic house Villa Giardino in 2021, Elizabeth and John Jeffry Louis have devoted much time to updating and restoring the historic home’s iconic private garden. This month, their efforts were recognized when the couple—popular fixtures on the social scene—were awarded the Palm Beach Preservation Foundation’s Lesly S. Smith Landscape Award along with their landscape architect Mario Nivera.
