The Palm Beach real estate boom continues as Douglas Elliman broker Jack Rooney quietly represented both buyer and seller of an off-market, 15,000 sf oceanfront home at 530 South Ocean Blvd. Designed by Smith & Moore Architects, the recorded sale price of $73m is twice what the property originally sold for in 2020. The purchasers, though not yet named, are apparently a popular couple with existing ties to the island.
