The Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens are making the most of spring. Recently, the founding members of the Magnolia Society were honored with the Ann Norton Award for Philanthropy. The newly established group—which launched with a $1 million donation from Board Chairwoman Frances Fisher—is comprised of ANSG donors who have contributed $100,000 or more toward the Gardens’ “Protecting a Legacy” campaign, which supports the preservation of the entire Norton property.

The event—titled “An Evening of Music and Art in the Gardens”—featured a musical performance by George Bugatti, and gave guests a look at the new exibition, “ALEX KATZ: Portraits and Landscapes Through the Seasons.”

Attendees included Frances and Jeff Fisher, Karyn Lamb and Rick Pollock, Julie and Peter Cummings, Susan and Bob Wright, Caroline and Nicholas Rafferty, Cindy Sulzberger and Steven Green, Sarah and Tim Benitz, Jim and Sara McCann, and Bob Vila and Diana Barrett, among others.
