Since its founding five years ago, LALO has quickly become one of the fastest growing tequila brands in the country, and its presence can now be felt throughout Palm Beach.

Founded by Eduardo “Lalo” Gonzalez, David R. Carballido and Jim McDermott, LALO is made with only three ingredients: fully mature highland blue Weber agave; highland well water; and a champagne yeast. The result is a favorable body with notes of citrus, tropical fruit and white pepper.

Adding to the appeal is its distinctive bottle, and the fact that it has been popping up at some of the most coveted private parties and major events. Among them were Art Basel, the Golden Globes and Grammys.

In a sign of their growing appeal in affluent markets, this season they have entered into an exclusive partnership with the US Polo Association, which includes the 2025 Championship in Wellington.
