An ongoing list of some of our favorite people.

Sarah Wetenhall
In 2016, the popular Wetenhall and her husband Andrew bought the storied Colony Hotel, which for decades had been owned by Andrew’s family, renovating the property to restore its appeal for a new generation. Since then, the hotel has become a hugely popular and a beloved symbol of Palm Beach, attracting tourists and influencers alike. This summer they have their sights set on East Hampton, where they have just expanded their footprint to include the iconic Hedges Inn.

Deborah Norville
Last month, Norville, television’s beloved and longest-running female anchor, announced she was stepping down from her post at Inside Edition after a storied 30-year run. Over the span of her impressive career, she has won multiple Emmy Awards and also found time to pen New York Times – bestselling books. The Palm Beacher, who with her husband Karl Wellner are popular fixtures on the social scene, will hopefully be spending more time on the island, where she recently co-chaired the successful Cox Science Center and Aquarium’s Smarty Party fundraiser.

Jill Glazer
For over two decades, Glazer has been a dedicated and active member of the community. A director of the Palm Beach Civic Association, she has also served on the board of Palm Beach Day Academy, and is co-founder and president of Glazer Hall, the much anticipated arts and cultural center opening in the former Royal Poinciana Playhouse location. Thanks to a $15 million donation from Jill and her businessman husband Avie, the center will serve as a centerpiece of the island for generations to come.
