Building on strong demand for personalized, seamless travel, Tradewind’s Bahamas network will grow significantly this winter. Starting December 11, 2025, the airline introduced scheduled service to Nassau (NAS) from Witham Field in Stuart, Florida, and launched new out-island flights from Fort Lauderdale (FLL) to Marsh Harbour (MHH) and North Eleuthera (ELH). These additions build upon Tradewind’s existing routes from Stuart to Marsh Harbour and Stuart to North Eleuthera, nearly tripling the airline’s overall flight capacity to The Bahamas and offering travelers even more seamless access to the Out Islands.
Flights operate aboard Tradewind’s modern Pilatus PC-12 fleet, known for its combination of comfort and versatility, departing from private jet terminals with premium service, leather seating, and complimentary refreshments. Fares for the Nassau route start at $229 one-way, while Fort Lauderdale departures begin at $249 one-way, with year-round service currently bookable through June 7, 2026.
In tandem with its network growth, Tradewind has welcomed Darren Clarke, the celebrated Northern Irish golfer and 2011 Open Champion, as its new brand ambassador. Clarke —who calls The Abaco Club in The Bahamas home when he’s not competing on the PGA TOUR Champions— represents a natural fit for the brand, combining a passion for travel with deep ties to the islands. In announcing the partnership, Clarke noted that airline schedules and delays often challenge frequent travel life, but working with Tradewind has given him reliable, efficient access to his Bahamian home.
“With his love for The Bahamas and appreciation for seamless travel, Darren embodies the spirit of what Tradewind stands for: personalized, effortless, and elevated flying,” said the airline in its announcement.
From expanded routes to high-profile partnerships, Tradewind Aviation is positioning itself as the premier choice for travelers seeking a more enjoyable way to reach The Bahamas —whether for leisure, lifestyle, or sport.
