More than 350 guests gathered on Royal Palm Way for Palm House’s first anniversary celebration with the storied Italian brand Ferragamo. Attendees enjoyed bespoke cocktails, curated bites from Nobu, and a high-energy DJ set by Rae Sada, courtesy of nightlife hotspot Mary Lou’s.
In the days leading up to the celebration and throughout the evening itself, Ferragamo hosted a curated pop-up experience and limited-time terrace takeover featuring the house’s latest collection by creative director Maximilian Davis. The British designer joined the Italian fashion house in March 2022, becoming its youngest-ever creative director.
A fashion wunderkind, Davis was born in Manchester to Trinidadian and Jamaican parents and educated at the London College of Fashion. He quickly gained attention with his own label before being tapped to lead Ferragamo. Since taking the creative helm, Davis has set out to reinterpret the brand’s heritage through a modern lens, emphasizing sleek tailoring, sensual minimalism, and a renewed focus on innovation, a value he describes as central to the brand’s DNA.
That blend of historic craftsmanship and contemporary sensibility was on full display at Palm House, celebrating the hotel’s first anniversary in unmistakable style.
