Frequent PALMER contributor Tim Malloy has launched a new episode of his Palm Beach Civic Association podcast, Studio 33480, this time featuring comedy legend and Palm Beach resident Caroline Hirsch.

Best known as the founder of Carolines on Broadway and the New York Comedy Festival, Hirsch is also a longtime Palm Beach winter resident, as well as a businesswoman and philanthropist. In conversation with Malloy, she reflects on her upbringing in Brooklyn, the early days of building her now-iconic comedy club, and the careers it helped launch.

Studio 33480 is produced by the Palm Beach Civic Association, which, since 1944, has played an active role in shaping the town through civic engagement, collaboration with local government, and efforts to keep residents informed and involved. Learn more on their website.
