Milk & Honey is a warm, comforting cocktail inspired by the flavors of the Middle East, reflecting Malka’s soulful, familiar approach to hospitality in an unexpected way. Bulleit Bourbon is layered with silan (date syrup), oat milk, vanilla bean, with a touch of cinnamon, creating a rich and gently spiced drink that balances sweetness, depth, and creaminess.

 

Milk & Honey

2 oz bourbon
1.25 oz silan (date syrup)
1 oz oat milk
2 dashes vanilla bean paste

Directions
Combine bourbon, silan, oat milk and vanilla bean paste.
Shake to a foam.
Strain into a lowball glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with cinnamon using a fine sieve.
