Father’s Day is just around the corner, which means it is once again time to consider the men in our lives and the gifts they didn’t know they needed. I have always found that shopping for Father’s Day is a slightly absurd exercise because most fathers I know are, in one way or another, financing their own gifts. Growing up, as a devoted daddy’s girl, I took great pride in splurging on my father’s presents. Unfortunately, he was the pickiest man alive, and no matter how carefully chosen the gift, there was a very good chance it would be headed back to the store by the following day.

Today, not much has changed. My father still exchanges most of his gifts, but I now have my husband to shop for as well. Thankfully, he is far easier to please. From polished classics to useful indulgences, here is our Father’s Day edit whether you are looking for a small gesture or a grand one.
