Pratesi—the ultimate in Italian-woven luxury linens—hosted cocktails, conversation and shopping at its Southampton popup store in celebration of Simone Levinson, Founding Co-chair, and the Board of Directors, of the Southampton Arts Center. A percentage of proceeds from the event was donated to the uber luxury brand’s Jobs Lane neighbor, Southampton Arts Center, for its programs. The latest exhibition, Change Agents: Women Collectors Shaping the Art World, including works from the renowned collections of Beth Rudin DeWoody, Bosun Eczacibasi, Agnes Fund, Jane Holzer, Pamela Joyner, Royal Khadjavi, Candia Fisher, Christine Mack, Elisa Nuyten, Lisa Perry, Holly Peterson, Joy Simmons, Mickalene Thomas, and Nada Young, is currently on view through September 30.
Among those in attendance were: Simone Levinson, Jamie and Peter Gregory, Kara Ross, Priscilla Rattazzi, Caroline Hirsch, Jean Shafiroff, Alex Hamer, Alvin Valley, Lauren Day Roberts, and Southampton Mayor Bill Manger.
