Palm Reader hears there’s already a black market for the hottest tickets to this year’s Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival, running December 7 to 10.

Both events featuring chef Daniel Boulud (the Founder’s Dinner and walk-around tasting in the garden of Café Boulud), for example have sold out. So have a grill tastting at the Eau (with chefs including Ashley Christensen, Tiffani Faison and Joe Flamm), a Coolinary brunch with the chefs Michelle Bernstein, Mason Hereford and Tim Lipman, and other activities.

“You just can’t get these tickets any more–unless you know someone,” says a culinary source. “People are calling around trying to get in, especially to Daniel’s events. I’ve been offered significantly over-asking if I hear of any tickets going.”

This year’s event also benefits the Els for Autism fund.
