“We’ve seen how [West Palm Beach] has continued to benefit from factors like population growth, burgeoning wealth, entry of new, high-profile businesses, and a shift of public perception from a snowbird destination to an attractive place to establish a primary residence,” says Chris Schlank, co-chairman and president of Savanna. “The city’s natural evolution presented the perfect opportunity to introduce Olara, a tropical waterfront oasis overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway that will help bridge the gap in the market for luxury homes unlike any other in the area.”

Located at 1919 Flagler Drive, Olara will rise to 26 floors and feature 275 residences. Designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founding principal of award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica and with interiors by Gabellini Sheppard Associates, no detail is spared. Residences range from two- to four-bedroom plus den, and boast generous terraces, European style gourmet kitchens with professional-grade appliances, and luxurious finishes throughout. Floor-to-ceiling windows take advantage of sweeping Intracoastal, Atlantic Ocean, and city views.

The property will feature a celebrity chef-helmed restaurant, an epicurean market, a private dock with six boat slips and a dedicated yachting concierge for charters and boating excursions on the Intracoastal and over 80,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor amenities that offer impressive water views.  This includes a lap pool amd separate, designated leisure pool surrounded by cabanas, an open-air juice bar, waterfront veranda and an expansive fitness center designed by The Wright Fit which boasts everything from an open-air yoga deck, turf lanes, and a Pilates studio, to a Japanese-style onsen, cold plunge and more. The tower is the first condominium in Florida to offer residents the premium, convenient services of Sollis Heath’s finest medical professionals through an exclusive partnership with Olara.

Olara joins several other luxury residential and commercial projects in West Palm —and it looks like development won’t be slowing down any time soon.

While Savanna’s current focus is on delivering Olara, the firm has amassed over seven acres of land on and behind North Flagler Drive and is currently in the preliminary stages of planning for three other adjacent development sites. “In total, we will be curating the redevelopment of over almost three million square feet in the neighborhood with different offerings that will make it one of the nicest places to live and work in West Palm Beach,” says Schlank. With a sales office now open, Olara is slated for completion in 2026, with pricing beginning at $2 million.
