This week, Joey Wölffer of the Wölffer Estate brought a taste of the Hamptons to Palm Beach with a wine pop-up and private cocktail party at The Colony Hotel. Called “Summer in a Bottle,” guests were greeted at the hotel entrance by a whimsical archway, reminiscent of the flora and fauna found on the brand’s iconic Summer in a Bottle Rosé, instantly transported to the world of Wölffer.
Guests also enjoyed an assortment of hors d’oeuvres perfectly paired to bring out the notes of the rosé while a live band set the vibes for the evening with the perfect sunset and beachy tunes. The poolside space was completed with a custom Wölffer wine cart, lounge seating, a branded surfboard, and bistro lighting, providing the perfect atmosphere for the Florida sunset.
For one day only, the pop-up will be open this Saturday, January 27th, from 3 to 5 PM.
