The Society of Memorial Sloan Kettering held its Cycle for Survival fundraiser at the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach. The high-energy poolside event hosted by Sarah Wetenhall, Catherine Carey, and Karen Klopp featured an instructor-led ride on stationary bicycles and raised $75,000 for rare cancer research. Since 2007, the Cycle for Survival community has enabled hundreds of MSK doctors and scientists to pursue bold ideas. Funding from Cycle for Survival has led to the FDA approval of new drugs, lifesaving clinical trials, and state-of-the-art DNA sequencers that are aiding in key cancer breakthroughs.

Participants included: Society of MSK President Muffie Potter Aston, Jamee Gregory, Martha Lamphere, Eleanora Kennedy, Sharon Bush, Lauriston Roach Segerson, Amy Hoadley, Bryan Carey, Bettina Anderson, Trish Carroll, Jennifer Charlston, Lauren Day Roberts, Hilary Dick, Webb Egerton, Annie Falk, Alexia Hamm Ryan, Robyn Joseph, Chloe Lazard, Erin Lazard, Robin Leacock, Nicole Limbocker, Jack Lynch, Taylor Materio, Meg McCartney, Trish Pace, Kathy Prounis, Farley Rentschler, Tom Shaffer, Hope Smith, Pam Taylor Yates, and Camilla Webster.
