New York-based developer Savanna broke ground on Olara – its highly anticipated new luxury residential condominium on West Palm Beach’s waterfront with the announcement that renowned Chef José Andrés will bring his first new restaurant concept in the Palm Beaches to Olara. Although the restaurant will be open to the public, Olara residents will have access to exclusive culinary services, including food and beverage provisions throughout the tower’s amenity spaces and private, in-residence dining. Located on the ground floor of Olara, it will occupy 8,500 square feet featuring both indoor and outdoor dining.

With the building being readied for 2027 completion, this major construction milestone led by SavCon and Gilbane signifies the transformation of the waterfront of West Palm Beach into a premier destination offering condominium residences, a private marina, world-class culinary experiences and an unprecedented lifestyle for sophisticated clientele.
